Our wings are cooked fresh to order they are dipped in our seasoned flour for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Then they are dipped in one of our signature wing sauces and served with blue cheese and celery.

We have 16 beers on tap and a wide variety of bottled beers that range from everyday favorites to a beer connoisseur's dream. There are also rotating taps that give way to changing seasons and satisfy desires to experience up and coming microbrews.

We only use premium Smithfield brand name baby back ribs. Two steps to our famous baby backs! First our secret dry rub which is rubbed on our ribs 12 hours before they are cooked at 275 degrees for 4 hours. Right before they are served we grille them on our 5 foot grille for 8 minutes while basting them with our secret recipe BBQ sauce.
